  I use this bank once a month to pay a loan. Last month I go the drive through window and ask them to deposit cash into MY account, so instead it goes into my joint account. I then receive a letter stating I had overdraft my account. Had to go back and get them to reverse, which thankfully they did, the fee and put the money in the right account. This Month, actually just this morning, I again go to deposit money but I went inside this time to make sure it goes correctly. I tell them to put it into "MY account, not my joint account" word for word what I told them so what do they do again? You got it, put it in my joint account again. I could not believe that even saying the words "not my joint account" while I'm standing no more than 3 feet away from the teller that it happened again. All in all I'd advise not using this bank or perhaps just the particular branch and if you do, double check your transactions. Update 1, after being told they switched the money into the correct account I received a letter this month again, they never switched the money. So now again they are trying to charge $32 for their incompetence. Will update later with what happens, this is completely unacceptable. Update 2, they again reversed the overdraft fee and managed to switch it to the correct account this time. Was told they were putting a note on my account to make sure it doesn't happen again, I still don't understand all of this trouble for a simple deposit. We'll see what happens next time. Update 3, I no longer use this bank. Was nothing but problems and they never were able to do the simplest of tasks.
